We have 2 delivery costs on our site. Depending on the weight and size of the product, shipping will cost either £2.70 or £4.50. This cost will be displayed when you reach checkout.

All of our orders are sent out using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. Once our warehouse sends out your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you require faster shipping you can contact our team directly at hello@anqacollective.org once you have placed your order and we will do our best to help you with this.

We can organise international delivery if you contact our team directly at hello@anqacollective.org. Our automatic shipping on the website is currently only set up for UK addresses – we’re hoping to change this soon!

Any orders placed from our website for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

We have a 28 days no-questions-asked return policy on most of our products, excluding lingerie, jewellery, masks and swimwear.

If you wish to return an item, please email our team at hello@anqacollective.org so we can share shipping and returns details.
You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. This will be at your own cost unless the return is organised by Anqa in which case collection and return is ordinarily free of charge. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning an item. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items.

A full refund or credit note excluding any applicable delivery costs will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the returned items.
