Unless otherwise stated, all delivery costs are incorporated into the price of the products using standard tracked delivery. All orders should arrive within 10 working days.
We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched which is included in your shipment confirmation email.
We use a variety of delivery providers (DHL, UPS and Royal Mail) so you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail from the designated provider.

Any orders placed from our website for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
When can I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify our Customer Services team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have a 30 days no-questions-asked return policy on most of our products, excluding lingerie, jewellery, masks and swimwear.
How can I return an item?
You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. This will be at your own cost unless the return is organised by Anqa in which case collection and return is ordinarily free of charge. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning an item. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items.
A full refund or credit note excluding any applicable delivery costs will be processed within 15 working days of us receiving the returned items.
